Terms & Conditions

  1. Confirmation of Bookings: we are very happy to take your booking request online. Your place on a course will only be confirmed when you receive contact from us.

  2. Joining instruction: will be emailed to you well before the course start date.

  3. Dates and Fees: all dates and fees are correct at the time they are published on our website. TACK International reserves the right to change them at any time without notice.

  4. VAT: fees are quoted exclusive of VAT, which will be added to invoices at the prevailing rate.

  5. Payment:
    • by invoice: once your booking request has been received and confirmed by us, we will send an acknowledgement and raise an invoice in advance of the course. Invoices are due for payment 28 days before courses commence.
    • by credit card: bookings are processed automatically by WorldPay. Online credit card payments or email booking requests do not guarantee your place on a course. If a place is not available on your selected course, we will offer you alternative dates or your credit card will be refunded.

  6. Non-residential Courses: fees include lunch, tea and coffee breaks and all conference facilities during the day. They do not include any overnight accommodation. Responsibility for booking accommodation for non-residential courses rests with the delegate.

  7. Residential Courses: our fees are exclusive of accommodation, meals and conference facilities and a separate daily 24 hour rate is payable directly to the conference centre.

  8. Cancellations: cancellations or transfers must be in writing and become effective on the date received by TACK International. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations within 28 days of the course start date, although substitute delegates will always be welcome. If you book online by credit card, you are entitled to the statutory 7 days cooling off period. For credit card bookings received within 28 days of the course start date, refunds are at the discretion of TACK International.

  9. Transfers: bookings for which payment has been received by the due date (i.e. 28 days before the course) may be transferred, once only without further charge, up to 7 days before course commencement. Other transfers are treated as cancellations, please see cancellations above for details. Please note that no refund can be given on any bookings which have already been transferred without charge.

  10. Hotel Bookings and Cancellations: where accommodation is reserved by you or by TACK acting as your agent, there is a separate legally binding contract between you and the hotel or conference centre. If you change your booking, transfer your delegate or cancel attendance at a course, it is your responsibility to contact the hotel/ conference centre directly. You may be liable for cancellation charges if you give insufficient notice.
